By accessing or using the Max Maserati Model website, indicators, trading journal, community, courses, or any related products and services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Services.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and able to form a legally binding contract to use the Services. By using the Services you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
When you create an account, you agree to provide accurate information and to keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Access to certain indicators and features is sold on a subscription or one-time basis through third-party payment processors (such as Whop and Stripe). Paid plans may renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current rate unless you cancel beforehand. You authorize us and our processors to charge your selected payment method for all applicable fees. You can cancel at any time to stop future renewals; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds, where applicable, are governed by our Refund Policy.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our indicators and content for your own individual trading and educational use. You may not share, resell, sublicense, redistribute, publish, or grant access to your TradingView indicator access or account to any other person, nor copy, modify, decompile, or reverse-engineer any part of the Services. Sharing access may result in immediate termination without refund.
All content, indicators, source code, trademarks, logos, course materials, and other materials provided through the Services are owned by Max Maserati Model or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. No rights are granted to you except as expressly set out in these Terms.
The Services are provided for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing we provide constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, nor a recommendation to buy or sell any security, futures contract, or other financial instrument. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions. Please review our full Disclaimer.
You agree not to use the Services to violate any law, infringe the rights of others, distribute malware, scrape or harvest data, disrupt the platform, or post unlawful, abusive, or misleading content in the community. We may remove content and restrict access at our discretion.
The Services integrate with third parties such as TradingView, Whop, and Stripe. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any results, signals, or indicators will be accurate or profitable.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Max Maserati Model and its owners, affiliates, and team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for any trading losses, loss of profits, or loss of data, arising from or related to your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if you breach these Terms or for any other lawful reason. Upon termination, your license to use the Services ends immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction where the business operates.
