Max Maserati Model sells digital products and subscriptions, including access to TradingView indicators, courses, and platform features. Because access is granted immediately upon purchase, all sales are considered final except as described in this policy and as required by applicable consumer-protection law.
If you are a first-time subscriber and are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within seven (7) days of your initial payment, provided you have not materially used, copied, or shared the indicator access. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Recurring subscription renewals are generally non-refundable. To avoid being charged for a renewal, you must cancel before your next billing date. Cancelling stops future charges but does not retroactively refund a completed billing period.
To request a refund, email infotrade@maxmaserati.com from the address associated with your account, including your order details and the reason for the request. Eligible refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, though the time for funds to appear depends on your payment provider.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account, your payment provider (Whop or Stripe), or by contacting us. After cancellation you will retain access until the end of the current billing period.
Refunds will not be granted where access has been shared with others, where the Terms of Service have been violated, for requests made after the 7-day window, or for one-time/lifetime purchases that have been accessed or downloaded, except where required by law.
If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us first so we can help resolve the issue. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may result in suspension of your account and access while the dispute is reviewed.
