Terms of Use

1. Who we are

This website and its tools are run by Max Maserati Trading University ("we", "us"). Contact: infotrade@maxmaserati.com.

2. Education only

Everything we publish — the website, the course, the journal, the free tools, the indicators, live streams and community posts — is for educational and informational purposes only. It is not financial, investment, trading, tax or legal advice, and it is not a recommendation or solicitation to buy or sell any security, future, option or other instrument. We are not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, commodity trading adviser or financial adviser.

3. Your account

Some tools need a free account. Keep your password private and give true information. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, try to break it or break these terms.

4. Paid products

Paid indicators and memberships are sold through Whop and delivered on TradingView. The price, billing, renewals, cancellations and refunds follow the terms shown at checkout on Whop. Access is personal and may not be shared, resold or transferred.

5. Intellectual property

The MMM name, the MMM Pro indicators (c, s and x), their logic, the course material, the journal and all content on this site belong to Max Maserati Trading University. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, decompile, reproduce, publish or sell them, or build competing products from them, without written permission.

6. Free data

Gamma levels, the news calendar and other data are collected automatically from third-party sources and simplified models. They may be late, incomplete, wrong or unavailable at any time and are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including trading losses, lost profits or lost data, arising from the use of, or inability to use, anything we provide. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Changes

We may change, pause or stop any part of the service and update these terms at any time. The date at the top shows the latest version. Using the service after a change means you accept it.

9. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.

Risk Disclosure

Trading futures, options and other leveraged products involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every person. Leverage works against you as well as for you: you can lose more than your initial deposit. Only trade with money you can afford to lose.

Prop-firm evaluations and funded accounts have their own rules, fees and risks. Passing an evaluation or receiving a payout is never guaranteed.

Hypothetical performance. Hypothetical or simulated performance results have certain limits. Unlike an actual performance record, simulated results do not represent actual trading. Because the trades have not been executed, the results may have under- or over-compensated for the impact of market factors such as lack of liquidity, slippage and fees. Simulated programs are designed with the benefit of hindsight. No representation is being made that any account will or is likely to achieve profits or losses similar to those shown.

Indicators. The MMM indicators describe past and current price behaviour. They do not predict the future and do not guarantee any result. Live streams and examples show one trader's decisions and are not instructions for you.

Past performance, real or simulated, is not a guarantee of future results. You alone are responsible for your trading decisions, risk management and results, and for following the rules of your broker, prop firm and local laws.

Privacy Policy

What we collect

When you register we store your email address, the name you give and your password (handled and encrypted by Google Firebase Authentication — we never see your password). If you use the journal, course or discipline test we store the entries, progress and answers you save. The free pages (gamma levels, news calendar, indicators) work without an account.

Country and device

When you register we ask for your country. When you visit while logged in we also note the type of device, its system and browser, the screen size and your time zone (once a day). We use this to plan live sessions and support in your time zone and to make the site work on the devices you use. We do not store your IP address or your exact location.

Why

To run your account, save your work, show the discipline leaderboard you take part in, answer your messages and keep the service secure. We do not sell your personal data and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Who processes it

Accounts and journal data are hosted by Google Firebase (Authentication and Firestore). The website is hosted on GitHub Pages. Fonts load from Google Fonts and page styling from a public CDN, which may see your IP address. Payments are handled by Whop and its payment providers; we do not receive your card details.

Your choices

You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or the deletion of your account and data at any time by emailing infotrade@maxmaserati.com. If you are in the UK or EU you also have the right to complain to your data protection authority (in the UK, the ICO).

Course certificates

When you ask us to email your MMM Mastery Course certificate, we store the name you put on it, the date and the course phases, and we send the email to the address of your MMM account through Google (Gmail). Each certificate has a public proof page (maxmaserati.com/certificate) that shows the name and date to anyone who has its ID or link. It never shows your email. Ask us any time to delete a certificate.

Storage on your device

We use your browser's local storage to keep you logged in and to remember settings such as your language. We do not use advertising cookies.
